We would like to express our gratitude to PT Sequis Aset Manajemen's clients for your trust in investing in our mutual funds.

To improve our service for our unit holders, PT Sequis Aset Manajemen, as the Investment Manager of Sequis Liquid Prima and the Sequis Equity Maxima, hereby announce the custodian bank replacement plan for Sequis Liquid Prima and Sequis Equity Maxima from PT Bank HSBC Indonesia to PT Bank Permata Tbk. This custodian bank replacement plan will be implemented after receiving approval/response and/or other equivalent requirements from OJK.

We would also like to inform you that during the custodian bank replacement plan process, unit holders can still subscribe, redeem, and/or switch their Sequis Liquid Prima and Sequis Equity Maxima Participation Units as usual.

In addition to the custodian bank replacement, we also intend to change the number of Sequis Liquid Prima Participation Units offered from 2,000,000,000 (two billion) Participation Units to 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) Participation Units. Therefore, we are amending the Collective Investment Contract (KIK) and Prospectus of Sequis Liquid Prima in connection with this planned change.
