Fees borned by Mutual Funds:

  • Management fee
  • Custodian fee
  • Securities transaction and registration fees
  • Fees for accountants who audit the Mutual Fund Annual Financial Statements
  • Printing and delivery costs for prospectus renewal, financial reports, distribution costs for transaction confirmation letters, monthly reports and other reports (if any) required by the Regulations
  • Fees charged by integrated investment management system providers (S-INVEST fee charged by KSEI), and
  • Payment of taxes relating to these costs.

 

Fees borned by Investor

  • Subscription fee, if any
  • Redemption fee, if any
  • Switching fee, if any
  • Bank transfer fee related to the subscription, redemption or switching fee, if any

Fees borned by the Investment Manager

  • Preparation costs for Mutual Fund establishment;
  • Mutual Fund management administrative costs such as phone, facsimile, photocopy and transportation cost
  • Marketing costs;
  • Printing and distribution costs for account opening forms and transaction forms;
  • Costs for printing and distributing the Prospectus for the first time;
  • Mutual Fund liquidation fees; and
